Wellbeing that Works
Helping people thrive since Day One (okay, since a decade ago)
Our Founder
Grace didn’t plan on becoming a coach, she just knew she couldn’t keep living in a body and a mindset that felt like a constant battle. 156lbs heavier and stuck in a cycle of exhaustion, she decided to rewrite the script.
What started as a personal mission to feel stronger turned into something much bigger: a unique story of resilience, breaking fitness world records, building Northern Ireland’s highest rated, highest awarded, No.1 health studio, and helping thousands of people take back control of their health.
More than a decade into coaching, she’s seen firsthand that real change isn’t about willpower or quick fixes—it’s about having the right support, the right tools, and a belief that you’re capable of more. Grace has made it her mission to give that belief to others, helping people take back control of their health, their confidence, and their future.

Our Mission
Let’s be real…most workplace wellbeing programmes are boring, ineffective, and forgotten faster than last year’s passwords. Workforce Wellness is here to change that. We bring a straight-talking, no-BS approach to workplace wellbeing that actually makes a difference. No stigma, no awkward corporate wellness talk, just real support that helps people feel good, work better, and show up fully.
As a workplace well-being coach, Grace has seen it all, programs that tick a box but change nothing. Workforce Wellness was built to be different. Grace knows firsthand what it feels like to struggle with energy, confidence, and motivation. But after turning her own life around and spending a decade helping thousands transform their health, she realised something powerful: health isn’t just about fitness—it’s about feeling strong, capable, and in control, both physically and mentally.
And that changes everything.
We get that every company is different. That’s why we don’t do cookie-cutter solutions. Our coaching, workshops, and training are built for your team, your culture, and the challenges your people actually face. They’re designed to support people’s mental, physical, and emotional health, inside the workplace, and outside. The result? Less burnout, more focus, stronger teams, and workplaces where people don’t just show up - they thrive.
We’re here to empower people to cut through the noise, realise their goals, and take control of their health and performance, creating a workplace culture where growth isn’t just encouraged, it’s celebrated. Wellbeing is your competitive advantage: when people are empowered, businesses don’t just function, they flourish.
Industry Leader
Grace is more than just a coach—she’s a relatable, real-world expert who understands the challenges of both employees and leaders. Having worked with thousands of people from all walks of life, she knows that wellbeing isn’t a one-size-fits-all journey. She meets people where they are, helping them break through barriers, shift their mindset, and take control of their health in a way that actually works for them.
Her approach isn’t about quick fixes or corporate buzzwords, it’s about being a positive force for good, creating lasting change, and ensuring that everyone, from leadership to frontline staff, has the tools to thrive, not just get by. With a deep belief in empowering people at every level, she helps teams build resilience, confidence, and long-term habits that improve wellbeing and workplace performance. Because when people feel seen, supported, and in control of their health, everyone wins.
