Our Founder

Grace didn’t set out to become a coach, she just knew she couldn’t keep living in a body and mindset that felt like a constant battle. 156lbs heavier and running on empty, she made the decision to take back control and rewrite her story.

What started as a personal mission to feel stronger became something much bigger: breaking fitness world records, building Northern Ireland’s highest rated, most awarded health and wellness studio, and helping thousands of people transform their health.

Over more than a decade of coaching, Grace saw the same patterns appear in workplaces, high stress, burnout, poor energy, and a growing disconnect between health and performance. That’s what led her to create Workforce Wellness, a consultancy dedicated to building healthier, more human workplaces where people can thrive, not just survive.

Backed by a Master’s in Workplace Health and Wellbeing and data-driven strategy expertise, Grace leads a team of specialists in mental health, movement, nutrition, habits, sleep, biomechanics, emotional regulation, menopause, and hormone health, bringing together something rare: the ability to blend deep research and strategy, with real-world experience to create workplaces where people and performance thrive.

At Workforce Wellness, we’re proud to have two outstanding consultants alongside founder Grace. Together, our team brings a unique blend of specialist knowledge and practical coaching that makes workplace wellbeing real, measurable, and life-changing.


  • Is our menopause and hormone health expert, as well as a highly experienced CBT Therapist, and nutrition coach, guiding individuals and organisations to better resilience, balance, and long-term wellbeing.

  • A pre- and post-natal consultant, musculoskeletal specialist, and lifestyle coach, bringing a wealth of expertise in helping people move well, recover, and thrive at every stage of life.
