In 2024, I was honoured to receive the Great British Service Entrepreneur of the Year Award for Northern Ireland. This recognition highlights my commitment to reshaping the landscape of corporate wellness. Over the last decade, I’ve dedicated myself to developing innovative, people-centric wellbeing solutions that help organisations create healthier, more productive environments.

This award reflects my passion for making a real impact in the workplace, providing strategies that go beyond traditional approaches and delivering measurable outcomes for both employees and employers alike.

Best Corporate Healthcare Programme 2025

Healthcare Excellence Awards

Our groundbreaking wellbeing initiative within Construction won Best Corporate Healthcare Programme at the inaugural All Ireland Private Healthcare Excellence Awards.

The awards celebrate outstanding achievements, innovation and excellence in private healthcare across the island of Ireland. The judging panel composed of distinguished experts from various fields within healthcare, and to be recognised by consultants, doctors, and professors in the field of healthcare is outstanding!

The judges were impressed by our unique and innovative approach to wellbeing within Construction with our RenewYou programme for the GRAHAM Group, with its high engagement and deep impact across all levels of the organisation.

Grace has won Startup Entrepreneur of the Year award at the We Are the City Rising Star Awards. The Rising Star awards were introduced to showcase the UK pipeline of female talent, and to create female role models across different industries.

Start-up Entrepreneur

Grace Smith has been named a finalist in the 2025 Allica Bank Great British Entrepreneur Awards, shortlisted in the Start-Up Entrepreneur of the Year category. Known as “The Grammys of Entrepreneurship”, the awards celebrate the most exceptional and inspiring business stories across the UK. This year’s shortlist includes over 800 entrepreneurs from every nation and region of the UK, all recognised for their innovation, impact and resilience. The winner will be announced at glittering ceremony in London, November 2025.
