I founded Forge Female Fitness, Northern Ireland’s No.1 Female Health Studio, creating a space where women of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities feel seen, supported, and unstoppable. With over 100 members and growing we are the highest rated, highest awarded, and largest female health studio in Northern Ireland and now set the industry standard for women’s health and wellness.

Through Workforce Wellness, I’ve worked with leading companies to revolutionise employee wellbeing, helping businesses tackle burnout, disengagement, and stress while boosting performance, retention, and culture. I’ve coached thousands of employees and leaders to build healthier workplaces, because a thriving workforce isn’t a luxury, it’s a necessity.

I’ve Turned Adversity into Achievement.
From losing my father suddenly at 21, to facing debt, depression, and homophobia, I’ve had every reason to stop. But instead, I built award-winning businesses, set a Guinness World Record in fitness, won national weightlifting titles, and represented Ireland in cycling. My journey is proof that resilience, determination, and self-belief can change everything.

My own journey, losing 156lbs, pivoting from major injury to representing Ireland in cycling, and climbing out of debt and depression, taught me that resilience is a skill, not luck.
